Project Management

Project Management is the hands-on oversight of all the different elements that must come together for a successful oucome of the specific project. This can be software development, web site development, product development, marketing programs, service offerings and just about any other activity.
Based on princples defined by the Project Management Institute (PMI) and incorporating various methodologies as appropriate including Agile development, Stage Gate, Six Sigma as well as custom tailered process for an organization, each individual project can be defined, managed, measured with the objective of  completion on schedule and on budget. These principles can be applied to smaller companies as well as larger organizations.
Project Management today is basd on modern principles of the Project Management Institute (PMI) and incorporates PMP processess to get the project and tasks defined and managed to complete the product or project.
